Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009 she won four more health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectation. She was happy with her placement. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the training. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
